Deborah and Karen are fully trained (by the image industry's leading recognised training provider) and are members of The Federation of Image Consultants.

Deborah Turner

Prior to joining the Image Consultancy industry, Deborah worked as a chartered surveyor both for local government and the private sector having obtained the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors professional qualification and an honours degree in Estate Management as well as a post graduate Certificate in Management Studies. She has also previously worked in the retail industry, predominately for the Burton Group and has a wealth of experience of ladies retail fashion and accessories. The management, communication and negotiation expertise acquired during her 18 years property experience provide excellent transferable skills which together with her passion for fashion, personal branding and the desire to instill confidence in others to look fantastic, ensure Hamlyn Nash clients obtain the very best expert advice.

Karen MacPhee

Upon successful completion of her honours degree in Business Studies, and prior to establishing Hamlyn Nash Image Consultancy, Karen had a successful career in the field of Personnel and Development. Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), illustrates a high level of proficiency in this field - working on principles of best practice, including delivering training to, and coaching, managers, handling sensitive matters to overcome difficult scenarios in a supportive manner, and generally developing others. Karen also has experience of the beauty industry and providing customer advice re skincare and make-up applications, obtained whilst working as a Virgin Vie consultant. Karen's general business management knowledge and experience, comprehensive image training and her passion for helping others to realise their full potential are invaluable qualities that go a long way to providing a relevant, honest and a practical approach of achieving powerful results.

Hamlyn Nash is an independent image consultancy based in Kent operating nationwide. We pride ourselves on our flexibility and allow you to choose the location:

For corporate clients we'll deliver our services at your premises or we can arrange off-site away days if you prefer.
For personal clients we have premises in Maidstone, Kent and Rainham, Kent and in London or alternatively we can travel to you wherever you may be in Kent, London or the South East.
